Well, life goes on and I didn’t update this site as I should have. Cheryl and I retired in 2019. In 2022 we made a trip to Europe. The original purpose of the trip was supposed to happen in 2020. We had signed up to see the passion plan in Oberammergau, Germany but COVID hit and it got rescheduled to 2022. We visited England, France, Spain, Netherlands, Italy, and Switzerland. More about that trip on a separate entry.
In 2024 we again made a trip to Europe. We did a circle tour of Spain and visited Croatia. More about that trip is also in a separate entry.
In 2023 I decided to go back to work for a couple of years. I found a great opportunity with a company out of Reston Virginia to work remotely as a senior software developer. I will be re-retiring on August 25th, 2026. We have an another great trip planned for this fall. We will be visiting Greece, Italy, Turkey, Croatia, Slovenia and England.
It is my intention to make a more concerted effort to keep this site updated in the future.
